Data Protection Agreement

1. Role of the Parties

Under this DPA, with respect to the Processing of Customer Data, Customer acts as the Data Controller and YBNW acts as the Data Processor.

2. Cross-Border Transfers

We ensure that transferring any Personal Data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) is subject to strict Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain equivalent data protection rights.

3. Security Requirements

We maintain stringent technical, physical, and administrative measures to secure Private Data against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or access.
