1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YBNW Portal platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The enterprise subscription is granted strictly to authorised personnel within your registered entity. You must not misrepresent your identity or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any module.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

YBNW Portal guarantees a 99.9% uptime per calendar month. This excludes scheduled maintenance. In the event we fail to meet this SLA, enterprise clients are entitled to service credits as outlined in their Master Service Agreement (MSA).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YBNW be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the platform.
